How do we get started?

You can visit BIOMOTIVES by booking online at least 24 hours before desired timeframe. If you would like to try us for the first time, the $25 day pass is a great option to access all modalities. If you are under the age of 18 you MUST have a parent/guardian sign the health waiver online before session. To activate a new membership you may do so on the website.

I had a membership before, how do I join again?

If it has been more than 6 months, we will require you to resubmit the health waiver. Simply purchase membership under the booking tab or on the online Wix mobile app. Do not create a new account if you been in to see us before.  

What should I bring to the session?

You MUST bring a pair of joggers/sweatpants/or yoga pants and socks to EVERY session. This is to prevent skin irritation while using the compression boots.  Same attire applies if you are receiving stretch sessions including the option to wear compression shorts. If you are receiving sports massage service, female athletes must have sports bra and compression shorts to be able to apply therapy to address targeted areas.

Do I need a physician referral?

We are a non-clinical operation and no not require a referral. We do encourage to seek appropriate medical attention if you suspect any serious injuries. If you have any previous medical conditions, please talk to your physician prior to your recovery session. We do REQUIRE health intake/waivers to be completed before session.

What does the memberships include?

Our variety of memberships allow access to all of our sports recovery modalities that can be used in a 25-minute session. To browse through what we offer, please visit the 'services' tab on the menu bar. Members will also get a personalized stretch plan that will target areas of concerns and their recovery goals.

How do I cancel my membership?

The 'policy' of our Unlimited-Monthly is that you commit to a consecutive 3-months plan that is non-refundable. All other membership options will expire at some point. During the free consultation, we can help determine which membership option would be best depending on how long you will use it and how often.

Do you offer free trials?

While we don't provide free trials, you can schedule a free consultation with us. This session allows for a discussion on your health intake and recovery objectives, and it comes complete with flexibility testing and personalized stretching insights.

What if I have a team that wants to receive recovery?

For inquiries regarding team memberships or recovery plans, reach out to us via email for personalized guidance on the most suitable options for your team. Please note that a minimum of 8 team members from the SAME team is required to access our team rates. Once we confirm your team, each athlete must complete the health waiver form before scheduling sessions. We'll coordinate to find optimal times for team recovery days that align seamlessly with your training/practice schedule. If opting for the monthly membership, each athlete should purchase the plan on the same starting date and can then schedule sessions together. The same process applies if teams are wanting to purchase team day passes - each member will then just purchase the 'day pass' rate instead.

How does the sports recovery sessions work?

Clients can choose between partial or full sessions with our compression boot therapy systems. Please arrive 5 minutes early for a brief body check-in, and based on your specific focus, you'll receive a personalized recovery protocol. With recovery memberships, enjoy unlimited day pass sessions for a daily visit. Remember, session bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

What are the age guidelines to receive treatment?

We embrace athletes of all ages, our diverse range of modalities caters to holistic recovery and is non-invasive. For athletes under 13, we kindly request a parent's presence during sessions. Parents are always welcome to stay, discover, and learn about our unique approach to sports recovery. 

Do I have to be an athlete to benefit from recovery?

We embrace athletes from all various sports, our sports recovery services cater to a broad spectrum of athletic disciplines. But here's the secret - you do not need to be an athlete to enjoy the benefits of sports recovery! Anyone can take advantage of our rejuvenating services, ensuring everyone can experience the rewards of optimal recovery.
